Fiji Flights from Vancouver

From Canada, the main international route is from Vancouver, transiting Los Angeles then flying on to Nadi International Airport in Fiji. Under a new code-sharing arrangement announced in May 2009, Alaska Airlines will operate the Vancouver-LAX sector. From LAX to Nadi, the airline servicing this popular route is Air Pacific (code sharing with Qantas Airways). Air Pacific is Fiji's own international airline and is responsible for conveying thousands of visitors to and from the beautiful Fijian islands. The tails are banded with bright red, orange, yellow and blue, and on some of the 747s there is a picturesque island, giving rise to the airline's slogan - 'your island in the sky'. Air New Zealand also fly from Vancouver to Fiji, via Los Angeles.
